West Midlands’ u16 Boys were back at Castle Vale hoping to atone for their narrow defeat in Staffordshire in their opening league fixture, but again nothing seemed to go their way

and Shropshire always looked in control once they had scored the opening goal. Indeed,

our opponents fully deserved their eventual 2-0 margin of victory and they seem capable

of mounting a real challenge to Staffordshire for the title.
