The West Midlands u16 Girls travelled to The Dom Arnott Arena in Mickleover hoping to gain  revenge for their narrow 1-0 defeat at Castle Vale back in December, but found themselves outplayed on the evening by the run- away league leaders. Derbyshire’s 3-0 victory was their eighth successive victory and they now end their title winning campaign with an impressive 100%  record.

West Midlands’ u14 Girls provided a goal fest for the spectators when they travelled to Warwickshire this evening. The title had long since been secured but the home side ensured second spot in the table with this 3 -3 draw and they were good value for their point. Anniyah Hamilton, Caragh Mannion and Millie Rose were all on target to ensure that our unbeaten record remains intact. A great advert for County football and thanks to Warwickshire for their hospitality.

South Yorkshire started the game with some crisp passing and positive movement off the ball that put the West Midlands u14 Boys under pressure in the defensive third but their best opportunity in the opening quarter came from a free kick which threatened to break the deadlock.
