County Representative Teams

West Midlands County Schools' FA is dedicated to providing high quality football for school-aged players within the West Midlands. Our representative teams are selected from schools across the county, following nominations by schools and trials held in the Summer and early Autumn terms, each year.

The teams play in National cup competitions organised by the English Schools' Football Association and regional leagues organised by the Midland Counties Football Federation.

The Midland Counties Schools' Football Federation was founded in 1932 and today it is divided into two sections. The Eastern section is made up of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Humberside, Leicestershire & Rutland, Northamptonshire, and Lincolnshire, although not all of these counties are active each season. The Western section is composed of Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and The West Midlands.
